Daily Journal January 20, 1998, William Thomas Thompson. Patience is virtue. Dear Lord, give me more. Today, Tuesday, I will not bore you with my routine. I hate routine and may even consider changing my name to a shorter one than the one above. I never really liked my name anyway. I sign my art paintings with the shortest of my name "Thomas", my middle name. I am now one week behind in writing my journal. I started off ahead on my Daily Journal because I always feel I know tomorrow anyway. Sanctify my heart Lord Jesus to thy will and holy service. Today I witnessed a first, an unbelievable happening that I never in my life imagined would ever happen. About 11 A.M. I takeoff to the new Home Depot store not far away when suddenly as my bad luck would happen, A man in his little pickup truck got himself in front of me. Here I was on borrowed time because I had an appointment at the V.A. Clinic in Asheville to be fitted for leg braces. What can I do now for a mile this little single lane road winding along the river? Suddenly this man pulled over just to let me pass by. I could not believe this, even the old country in Shannon Ireland when we were on a trip around the world and late for a flight, a driver in front of us refused to let us by. Only in South Texas do people do such a wonderful thing. The Mexican people for 150 miles along the border from McAllen to Laredo the easy going local people driving all those old slow cars will let you pass by; they will pull over on the shoulder and keep driving until you pass. I appreciate this very much. I will not say what age this man was today because I do not believe in making age an issue. I would guess he is retired. I never have enough time. Revelation prophecy gives an end of time as we count it today. Speaking of time, I found a place that has plenty of time. This place must manufacture time. They waste more time than I ever had in my life. Time is no problem in this place; they have time for all things. It’s the V.A. hospital and it’s every government office. Its lots of post offices, its Duke power company where the employees mosey off to take a break leaving a long line of busy customers standing waiting to pay their electric bills steaming in line. Police conspiracies have many people on death row, Kill no one. Last night NBC Dateline showed a death row man found innocent by the study of a Waco business man who tried to save him. This man did not know the inmate prior to a random visit to the prison and answered a condemned mans request "I am not guilty, Check it out". This man, a politician decided to check it out. This was an open and shut case with many witnesses, a sure guilty person. But, this man found no evidence what so ever to prove guilt. On the other hand, lots of evidence was available pointing to others that the jury was not shown. The wealthy business man said "I was for the death penalty until I found that Texas was executing innocent people" The politics of Texas is kill ‘em, kill ‘em and kill them. They did kill this man who was scapegoat. "Don't confuse me with facts" The roots of our economy and the bread basket is being broken. America will not survive in my opinion because we are paying the farmers not to plant. We care not for the farmers except maybe for his vote. We kill the goose that layed the golden age. The farmer is history in this country. Our bread is dead.Rev.22-1"And He showed me a pure river of water of life, out of the throne. "lty of letting people wait to see me back when I was somebody, God forgive me. When someone says to me, have a seat, I say no thank you. If I have an appointment and I am on time, I do not wish to wait. The medical establishment is famous for taking advantage of people and their time. Take a good look around you, you will never see this day again or this minute of time. Let us harvest during harvest time. Let us utilize time. The world is preparing to celebrate a new year in a drunken state of mind. It matters not to the celebrators if their Titanic si
