Daily Journal Continued March 5,1998, By-William Thomas Thompson Isaiah3-8"For Jerusalem is ruined,and Judah is fallen:Because" We are at the Palace Hotel in Myrtle Beach room 2102 overlooking the muddy Atlantic Ocean that is just below our window. It has turned cold. We shall always remember lunch at the Eatery coming down yesterday,it was a lasting experience although clean and so very inviting,we agreed to fast next trip until we pass Columbia. "their tongue and their doings are against the Lord,to provoke" The 23floor spa is out of service and we had a jackhammer startup just over head making racket like the building is destroyed now above our head 15 minutes after our arrival on Tuesday. They must have planned for our coming. To use the first floor jacuzzi,we must go outside first and back inside. I think the same man that invented speedbumps designed the waterworks here at this Palace. I believe its the largest building on Myrtle Beach and has a good steam room,sign of a good hotel,and a large heated indoor pool. This swimming pool is worth the trip because I can exercise in it by standing in 5 feet of water and running vertically for 30 plus minutes without tiring. The feel of weightlessness is wonderful for me and the water at body temperature is perfect and supports me jumping up and down to build my heart and leg muscles. With its seemingly weak management,I recommend this new hotel overall as having the best deal with a daily rate of under $40.00 Winter. Rates are about $100.00 Summer.We had that trip to Calabash with triple fried and it does not agree with me,I am saved by a ready double alka seltzer. I promise this is the last time to enjoy my self eating dangerous delicious foods. There is not much left now that is considered safe and even if safe may have poison chemical pesticides sprayed on them during growth or processing. The only way to live is to grow your own and handle it all ourself. Water has poisons added like chlorine and fluorine which are natural minerals that should be already in our water,but in small natural mix as God put it there. We distill the water to take out those items and maybe lose the great value of the other minerals we may need,77 in all.The temperature here is 30degrees with heavy wind. "the eyes of His glory.9-The show of their countenance doth" It is very important daily to pray to God,not to mother Mary who is only human. It is important to read the Bible daily then for me to exercise and break a sweat. All feelings change then. It is important for me to breathe. I was advised by a professional of the alternative treatment people to practice breathing 30 minutes per day. To breathe is first for me. Man cannot live 5 minutes without oxygen from the air we breathe. Try fast breathing,for me it doubles my strengh to lift weights like the bench press. Oxy- gen is the secret for combustion to run our bodies like it is to the atomic bomb,a gaseous element constituting 21percent of the atmosphere by volume. Breathe it in deep and wide and keep it up. "witness against them;and they declare their sin as Sodom," Father God in Heaven. Thank you for this day. Thank you that we are alive and well having been given knowledge from thee. Make us wise with thy wisdom dear Lord. Forgive our (my) weaknesses. Make us(me)strong in faith and love for all people,even our problems. Give me grace to overcome all trials in life and may I realize that you are God almighty,Creator of all and we know thee.Praise.
