Now that I'm home there is pressure to slip back into on healthy eating habits especially at lunch daily to pass by the fried chicken and lovely mashed potatoes loaded with margarine. Mashed potatoes are fine except for the margin. Except for the Raw vegetables, most all of the buffet foods are cooked to death and the coffee or tea is a big negative in the diet.
